Homemade Salsa!

4 organic tomatoes, diced and mashed
1 small raw onion, diced into tiny bits
1 hot pepper finger diced up tiny bits
some dill leaves chopped
Add some sea salt and ground pepper and basil, serve it fresh with Rice Chips/Vegan chips, whatever youd like to use!

Stir Fry with Rice, Tofu
We had to use dry rice left over that we have not used for months, so we decided to make Stir Fry with Tofu.  
We cooked Rice then leave it to cool down first- which usually takes around 30 minutes in the fridge. 
Cook the vegetables and the tofu separate (So the Tofu can be crispy)Once Tofu is crispy, save it, dont overcook them. Put spices in vegetables as what you wish, we put curry and sea salt, ground pepper and some green spices with bit of water to make it juicy a bit.  Once vegetables are 1/4 cooked, we add the rice and mixes them well and reheating the rice with the vegetables.
Once it is heated and vegetables now half cooked.Put it on plate, and add the crispy tofu on top and some bit of Sunflowers just to taste some more crunch bites. 
We made so much left over so we save some for next day to eat.

In a bowl, mix them all.

Mix it with others above.

1/2 cup Pure Maple SyrupMix them with wood spoon(So you can have the taste after!)
Put it in foil pan and make sure it is flat.
Before you put it in freezer, glaze 1/4 of Syrup all over then put it in freezer for two hours- Serve! 
[On other note, it can be very messy so make sure you put it in bowl after to enjoy it]

It is so sweet tea, better than using refined white sigar or raw, they taste strange but with the Pure Maple Syrup, it hit your spot in the throat and gives you a nice fresh wind in brain.
There sure do have some Health Benefits.
- It cleans your body system- Lows your blood Pressures-1 tablespoon is so powerful than one tablespoon of refined sugar.Yes Pure Maple is very sweet and from natural maple trees.

Yesterday I was looking at a food flyer for sale on greens, I saw a kind of vegetable that I never tried or heard about before so I decided to buy and try some in the Potatoes-Stir-Fry that I had last night, oh my goodness, the taste hit my spot, love that food when it is lightly cooked. The inside tastes very juicy and soft, light taste, like red pepper but more sweeter.  From now on, I am keeping stock of that kind for my meals, I find them addict which is worth for my health!
There is many Health Benefits on Okra, most interesting part that it is best to be eat during the heat in summer to help reduce the heat stroke likely me.  It also makes the hair healthier. Also there is many high source of nutrients.
There is so many Health benefits on this vegetable of Okra and I suggest you to include them in Stir-Fry! They taste so Heavenly!

I even add thin sliced sweet potatoes (It doesn’t need to be baked because it can get cooked so quicker than regular potatoes)Serve!
Hint: Dont cook it fully, or you lose its value.  Half cooked, hald raw on vegetables is best taste than coked fully.I add Curry Spices for a spicy hit in throat.
