Stir Fry with Rice, Tofu
We had to use dry rice left over that we have not used for months, so we decided to make Stir Fry with Tofu.
We cooked Rice then leave it to cool down first- which usually takes around 30 minutes in the fridge.
Cook the vegetables and the tofu separate (So the Tofu can be crispy)
Once Tofu is crispy, save it, dont overcook them.
Put spices in vegetables as what you wish, we put curry and sea salt, ground pepper and some green spices with bit of water to make it juicy a bit. Once vegetables are 1/4 cooked, we add the rice and mixes them well and reheating the rice with the vegetables.
Once it is heated and vegetables now half cooked.
Put it on plate, and add the crispy tofu on top and some bit of Sunflowers just to taste some more crunch bites.
We made so much left over so we save some for next day to eat.
